Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Intwined account and associated personal data for the website and mobile app.

Sign in and request deletion

If you cannot sign in, contact info@intwined.co.za using your account email address. Support will verify ownership before processing your request.

If you own a business, its ownership must be resolved before removing your access. Support will confirm what has been deleted and explain any records retained for legal obligations under the privacy policy. Sending a request does not immediately delete your account.
